AR Goudie – Kitchener

AR Goudie long-term care home in Kitchener. This project will add 128 new beds to the existing 80-bed facility, resulting in a 208-bed home aimed at meeting the growing needs of seniors in the community. This project combines Insulated Concrete Forming (ICF), cast-in-place concrete, and precast Hollowcore concrete elements, each providing unique advantages to contribute to an overall efficient and resilient structure.
