Tillsonburg – Long-Term Care

This new long-term care home in Tillsonburg, developed by peopleCare Communities, will bring 160 much-needed beds to Oxford County—addressing the increasing demand for senior care in a community where the aging population exceeds the provincial average. The building combines Insulated Concrete Forms (ICF), cast-in-place concrete, and precast Hollowcore elements, each contributing unique strengths to deliver a structure that is both highly efficient and built to last.
