Our team boasts extensive experience in ICF (Insulated Concrete Forms) nearing completion on 1 million square feet of ICF walls. 

 

Available in 4", 6". 8", 10" and 12" core thickness the rigid foam insulation on both sides acts as the form for the concrete poured wall.  ICF offers superior R value for outside walls and when used as shear walls significantly reduces sound transfer between units. 

 

When installing we utilize state of the art technology with robotic total stations and AutoCad software for project layout ensuring quality control and increased speed as field errors are reduced and accuracy maintained.  When asked to perform on traditional hi-rise and / or foundations our in depth product knowledge translates to shorter schedules.
